IPCheckHub Terms of Service
These terms describe the current, free IPCheckHub service and the boundaries that keep its network tools safe and useful.
1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the public IPCheckHub website, its tool pages, and the results returned through those pages. They do not import the terms, ownership, or policies of any third-party brand.
By using IPCheckHub, you agree to follow these service rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
Use the tools only for lawful diagnostic, educational, compatibility, or security work involving systems and network targets you own or are authorized to test.
- Do not use IPCheckHub to attack, disrupt, overload, scan without authorization, evade access controls, or obtain another person’s data.
- Do not submit private-network targets, malware, stolen credentials, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
- Do not bypass rate limits, safety checks, target restrictions, or capability gates.
- You remain responsible for the targets, proxy endpoints, and other values you submit.
3. What results mean
Results are technical observations from a stated browser, edge, resolver, tracker, or probe perspective. They are provided for information and troubleshooting, not as proof of identity, exact location, legal status, security, anonymity, service entitlement, or future availability.
A missing, partial, timed-out, unsupported, or unknown value is not a negative finding. Network conditions and third-party data can change after a check completes.
4. Service availability
The current public tools are offered without an account, charge, uptime commitment, or support-level agreement. IPCheckHub may apply quotas, suspend a tool, change an upstream source, remove unsafe traffic, or discontinue a feature when needed for security, reliability, licensing, or cost control.
5. Third-party infrastructure and data
IPCheckHub uses infrastructure and narrowly scoped external data or network services to complete some checks. Their results may be incomplete, delayed, or governed by separate provider terms. A reference to a provider does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
6. Site content and open-source notices
The IPCheckHub name, original interface copy, and original site presentation belong to their respective rights holders. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses and attribution notices. You may not misrepresent IPCheckHub results or branding as your own certification service.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
IPCheckHub is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that a result is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
8. Operator details, contact, and changes
A verified public operator identity and contact channel are not published in this release. Do not send personal information, secrets, or legal notices to an address that is not displayed on ipcheckhub.com. These details and the terms must be updated before accounts, payments, or long-lived user profiles are enabled.
Material changes will be shown by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means the updated service rules apply from that date, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
